今日は2018年に達成したことの振り返りと，それを踏まえて2019年何を実施するのか述べたいと思います
2018年に達成したことは次の通りです
営業としての仕事を120/180日消化しました。180日は本来達成すべき目標です。金額に直すと10/20万円です
次に担当する授業の数を2個増やし，国語と数学を担当できるようになりました
皆さんは達成したことがたった2つと思われるかもしれませんが，本当に2つしか思いつきませんでした
この結果は問題で，営業として成長できていないことを表しています

This is what I accomplished in 2018:
I consumed 120/180 days of sales work. 180 days is the goal I should accomplish. Financially, it is 100,000/200,000 yen.
Next, I increased the number of classes I am in charge of by two, which are Language Studies and Mathematics.
You may think that I only accomplished two things, but I could only think of these two.
This result is a problem, and shows that I have not grown my skills in sales.
