今回のような問題でお客様が困っているという事例を聞いたことがありません。
通常はお客様側のフランジの穴経を少し大きくしてもらえれば、問題なく製品の取り付けができるはずです。

他社の製品ではこのような問題は発生していないのでしょうか？

急な設計変更がなければ、契約納期に間に合っていることを理解して下さい。
つまり、本件は納期遅延ではありません。もちろん最善は尽くしますが、その点ははっきり申し上げます。
いずれにせよ、弊社技術と貴社技術で方針を話し合っていますので、その結論を待って下さい。

I have never heard that the customer is having such troubled with the matter.
Normally the size of hole at the fringe at the customer side must be greater for placing the product be fixed without any problem.
Don't you have similar issue for item by other manufacture ?

Please note that the contracted delivery is met unless there is sudden change for designing .
Namely this issue is not because of delay in delivery . Of course I will do the best I can do but the reason has to be clearer for this matter occurred .
