私はボローニャブックフェアで声をかけていただいた、イラストレーターです。
その節はどうもありがとうございました。
「Baby coos」の最初の１,2pの絵を描きました。
どんなイラストを描くか検討したのですが、それ以前に文章の
「See the baby? What ‘s baby’s name? Say…」
のところで区切り、次のページで「baby!」というように、
文章の「Say…」の前でページを変えた方が絵本全体にリズムと変化が生まれ、楽しい絵本になると考えました。

I am an illustrator and just happened to be talked at the Bologna Book Fair.
Thank you very much at that time.
I painted the first 1,2p of Baby coos.
I had been considering what sort of picture I should paint but breaking at the sentence,See the baby? What ‘s baby’s name? Say… and appears baby! at the next page, it might create much rhythm to change the page at just before the sentence Say…, finally it will be turned out to be much more interesting picture book I imagined.
