Additional info: 商品の保管期限が過ぎて商品が返送されて来た方へのメッセージと、毎日仕事で留守のため、商品を受け取れない方へのメッセージです。どちらも受け取りサインの要らないSAL便で再発送することになりそうです。翻訳よろしくお願いいたします。

I work 7 days a week and cannot be there to sign for packages. I contacted the post office to redeliver and place it in my mail slot of my home or garage. If they won’t do that, there’s nothing I can do when things that shouldn’t require a signature are sent this way. I do understand why you chose this option but it’s an option that doesn’t work for me.

安全、確実に早くお届けするため書留便で発送しましたが、留守がちな方にとっては、いい結果にはならないようです。通常はこのような場合には再発送料を頂くのですが、今回は特別にこちらの好意で送料を負担させて頂きます。一度発送しましたので、輸送事情により商品の箱に潰れや凹みが見受けられますが、どうかご容赦ください。(商品の中身は全く問題ありません)

こちらに商品が戻ってからの発送となりますが、よろしいでしょうか ?

For safe and reliable method of shipping, I sent the item on registered mail. For those who are opt not to be at home, it may not be performing in good result unfortunately. Usually I ask the shipping charge once again but for this time the shop will pay for the charge at out good gesture only at this time.
Please forgive me there might be some soft damage to the box because it went and go again. I am sure the inside the box, the items itself has no problem at all.

Would it be alright to ship after returning the item to me?
(Because of running out situation for the item at the moment)
I wish you could go to fetch the item to the post office if it is possible.
