Additional info: 商品を７点注文したものの、プロテインバー１箱（ONE Bar クッキー＆クリーム味）しか届いておらず、残りの商品の配送状況についての問い合わせメールです。

注文した商品７点の内、１点しか届いていません。

購入履歴のページを確認したところ、４箱の郵送物に分かれていますが、
追跡番号は４箱とも同じです。

実際に届いたのは、小さいサイズのダンボール箱で、
中身は、ONE Bar のクッキー＆クリーム味１箱のみです。

商品7点が入るサイズのダンボール箱ではありません。

何かの手違いで、残り6点の商品が、３箱の郵送物に分かれて、
遅れて届くと思い待っていましたが届きません。

後日、注文した商品が先に届いている状況です。

残り6点の配送状況を教えて下さい。

I received only 1 item out of 7 items I ordered before.

According to my purchase record page, those items shipped in 4 separated box, but tracking number of them are same.
The item which I received was small sized cardboard box, which cream flavored ONE Bar cookie was inside.
That was not cardboard box of enough size which can contain 7 items.

I thought that with some miss-arrangement, the rest 6 items will be separately shipped in 3 boxes lately, but not yet received.

So far, the item which I ordered later reached now.
Please let us know the shipping circumstances of the rest 6 items.
