Additional info: 商品を７点注文したものの、プロテインバー１箱（ONE Bar クッキー＆クリーム味）しか届いておらず、残りの商品の配送状況についての問い合わせメールです。

注文した商品７点の内、１点しか届いていません。

購入履歴のページを確認したところ、４箱の郵送物に分かれていますが、
追跡番号は４箱とも同じです。

実際に届いたのは、小さいサイズのダンボール箱で、
中身は、ONE Bar のクッキー＆クリーム味１箱のみです。

商品7点が入るサイズのダンボール箱ではありません。

何かの手違いで、残り6点の商品が、３箱の郵送物に分かれて、
遅れて届くと思い待っていましたが届きません。

後日、注文した商品が先に届いている状況です。

残り6点の配送状況を教えて下さい。

Among items ordered, 7 of them, there is one item not been delivered.

When checked the purchase history, there separated into 4 boxes, but the tracking number is the same.

What actually arrived is a small sized cardboard box,
and its content was only one box with ONE Bar cookies&cream state.

It was not a size of cardboard box allows 7 items.

By mistake, I thought the rest of 6 items would be separately divided into 3 boxes and would be delivered later, but they have not.

The product ordered the other day had arrive beforehand.

Please tell me what is going on with the rest of 6 items.
