先ほどの会議ではありがとうございました。
これは私がAの計算結果が正しいかどうか確認用に作った物であり、正式な資料ではありません。
しかし計算方法等これを参照した方がAより分かりやすいと思いますので参考に送ります。
いくつか正確ではない点がありますが大勢に影響があるものではないです。
また会議でいくつか即答出来ない点がありすみません。（昨春の企画ですので）
頂いた質問は、こちらで確認しお答えしますので少々お待ち下さい。
会議の場でお話した事以外でも質問ありましたら遠慮なくお知らせ下さい。

Thank you in the conference held a few minutes ago.
I made this to check if calculation of A is correct, and it is not a formal document.
But as I think that it is easier to refer to it for how to calculate it than A, I will send it as reference.
However, some parts are not correct. But it will not affect on large scale.
I am sorry that I could not answer immediately in the conference. (It is a plan in the last spring.)
