ポンプヘッドの黒の部分を押さえながら、シルバー部分を反時計周りに廻して引っ張り出し、完全に伸びた状態にします。

ポンプヘッドを自転車のバルブに挿入し、時計回りに回してバルブに固定してからポンピングします。
ポンプヘッドが斜めになっていると空気漏れ・バルブ損傷の原因になるため垂直に挿入してください。

Hold the black part of the pump head and rotate the silver part anticlockwise and pull it out, then make it in a state it is completely stretched out.

Insert the pump head in the bicycle valve, then start pumping after fixing it to the valve by rotating clockwise.
Ensure to insert the pump head perpendicularly because if it is inserted diagonally it could be the cause of air leakage/valve damage.
