日本まで届いてます。しかしながらケースが割れていました。返品したくないので交換する条件でお願いします。アメリカまで届くまで2週間、優先郵便で20ドル掛かります。299ドルで購入したのうち一部の20ドルを払い戻しをお願い出来ませんか？交換品も出来れば日本まで届けて欲しいです。難しいそうでしたらアメリカ国内の住所で送り届けて下さい。

It has been delivered to Japan. However the case was broken. I do not wish to return, so please accept the condition for replacement. It will take 2 weeks to be sent back to the US and costs $20 by priority mail. Out of $229 purchase, would you please issue a partial refund of $20? If possible I would like you to ship the replaced item to Japan as well. If it is difficult, please ship it to my address within the US.
