彼らにスケジュールを確認してみたのですが、店舗は３月10日から４月の始めまでは厨房を人に貸し出し、飲食のみの営業のようで、ショールームは閉めるようです。
ただ、タイミング次第でアポイントが取れるかもしれないので事前に直接メールで確認をしてみてください。

As I asked them if they could recognize you, they remembered about you very well.
I confirmed their schedule, and they will be renting the kitchen at their store from 3/10 to early April so their business will be for dining only and the show room will be closed.
However depending on the timing, you might be able to make an appointment, so please confirm them directly via email prior to event.
