1) 商品が未だに届いていないのですが、追跡を見ると日本に行かずにニュージーランドのオークランドに行っちゃってるみたいなんですが、どういう事か調べていただけないでしょうか？？はたして本当に日本の私のアドレスに届くのかもひっくるめて、調べていただきたいです。

2) 追跡番号をまだ教えて頂いていないのですが、教えていただけるよう、よろしくお願い申し上げます。

1)As items hasn't come yet, when I checked the tracking of percel, it went to Auckland ,New Zealand wrongly not to Japan.Would you check what is going on? Will I be able to receive it really?
2) As tracking number is not received yet but would you please let me ask to receive as soon as possible?
