My mum has paid the import tax on this watch which could not be delivered as it hadn't been paid in advance. Please can you reimburse the costs as it was stated free postage? I would really appreciate it if you could let me know if this can be done via PayPal? I have had this before and that was the way the seller of that particular items refunded me.
