We would like to consult you in another case which I have applied for the reasons below.

However, the reason we returned it was a mistake, and In fact, the buyer mistakenly purchased an incompatible lens for their camera. The buyer knew that we received the mail on Thursday in Japan time and we thought that their return was not guaranteed because of the warranty of the product.

Anyway, we had been wondering if we should let them return or not. And Would you please extend the time for the final decision on eBay, and let the buyer return the product as soon as possible?
