Additional info: ebayのバイヤーからリターンリクエストがありました。商品をメーカーにも確認したところポリマークレイではないそうです。
こちらには落ち度はないのですが… 仕方ないです。不快感を与えないよう、やんわりとした文章にしていただければと思います。

Horrible ! Not polymer clay. Not good at all ! Its alful to work with. It drys spongey,really !? What is this clay ? Not useable.
I want to return it, all of it ! Your thoughts ?

さて、ご注文の商品の件ですが、この商品はもともとポリマークレイではありません。
パッケージにはポリマークレイとは表記していません。(メーカーのDAISOにも確認)
自然乾燥で固まる手芸、工作ねんどで、紙ねんどに似た ねんど として販売されています。
おそらくお客様がポリマークレイと思い違いされて購入されたのではないかと思います。

Well, about your ordered item, this product is not polymer clay originally.
It has no indication that polymer clay is being used for the package(This has been checked to DAISO, which is the manufacturer of this product).
This clay is sold for handicraft with drying naturally, quite similar to the paper clay.
Perhaps our customer might misunderstand to choose this I suppose.
