発送の時に同梱してくださるインボイスについて。
税関より、合計金額のみののインボイスでは
通関手続きがスムーズにできないと言われました。

添付した画像をご確認ください。
この形式だと、トータルの金額なのでだめだそうです。
そのためインボイスには商品名、値段、個数の入ったものを付けてください。
そして、同梱したインボイスと同じものを私にも発送時にPDFで送ってください。
税関からの問い合わせ時に、私の持っているインボイスと通関時のインボイスに
相違があるとトラブルになるのでお願いします。

Regarding the invoice which will be enclosed upon shipping, I was told by the customs office that an invoice only with the total amount cannot help clearing the customs smoothly.

Please confirm the attached image.
I was told that this format shows the total amount, so it is not acceptable.
For this reason, please detail the item description, price and quantity on the invoice.
Upon customs inquiry, it would be trouble some if there is any discrepancies between the invoice I have and its copy included upon clearance.
