HDMIカードはPCで認識できていない模様です。
カードを指す位置に間違いは無いですか？
BIOSメニューのGeneral＞System Information内の搭載Slot上に表示されているか確認してください

Could you set up the equipment as referred on the lecture done before?
Do you have any documents for that?
Regarding audio issue, is DirectX installed already?
It seems HDMI card isn't recognised with PC.
Do you have any mis-connection for board ?
