まず我々はDから入手した情報を見積対象としてA部門へ渡します。
A部門ではこれを元にBを確認し、Cへ見積を依頼します。
我々がA部門へ情報を渡した後、Aは重複や誤り等を改めてDと確認しています。
従って我々から直接貴部署へ情報を提供するより、一旦A部門で確認した情報がより正確です。
私は本件に関してA部門と確認しましたが、通常他のプロジェクト（例えばL）も、同様にAから貴部署へ情報を渡していたとのことです。当初の我々の説明と異なる点もあるかと思いますが上記にて進めさせて下さい。

Firsty I hand the information obtaining from D as for an estimate to A division.
A division will make a confirmation for B and A requests for an estimate to division C.
After A division will pass the information, A verifies doubling or any mistakes in our order with D division.
Therefore, you can obtain much accurate information referred at A division at first, rather than we will offer any sort of information for your division.
I have made sure regarding the matter with division A, other usual projects(L for instance) was said that A have been giving you related information so far.
