本件先日A部門のBさんと改めて確認しまして、見積対象品の確認についてはBさんと直接やりとりをして頂きたくお願いします。
我々から見積対象品の情報を提供するとしていましたが、E等追加情報の最終確認を行うのはA部門のため、Aから直接対象品リストを
貴部へお送りした方がより正確だからです。他のプロジェクトでも同様の対応をしていたそうです
またCの情報を追記しました。添付ファイル中のシートDを参照下さい。現在Fに登録されている全てのC情報が載っています。
更新した列はセルを青に変えています。

The other day, I had talked with Mr B at A division, we have had confirmed that checking for estimated items should be done with Mr B directly, please.
We supposed to bring out the information for estimated items from us, however A division finalises to check the additional information such as E, it seems it is more accurate to issue the list for certain items from A division directly. Other division was said to have did the same so far.
In addition, we have added information C to the document. Please refer sheet D in attached file.
Please see that all C information registered in F at the moment was reflected.
Updated cell has been changed to blue colour.
