I had contact with Dutch post and they cannot find the parcel in my country,
The gonna investigate now if the parcel is in other country or Japan already.
The planes Dutch post uses are commercial planes, not like DHL or UPS having their own planes so this means the parcel can go to different city’s first before arriving to Japan.
They told me this investigation can take up to 30 days so we come back from holiday January 25.
If the parcel is stil missing that time, I will send you your money back but of course I hope by that time you they found it and hand it over to you.
This is all I can do for now cause I need to depend on Dutch post investigation time.

オランダの郵便局に連絡したところ、私の国でその小包を見つけることはできないとのこと。
既に他国あるいは日本にあるかどうか調査するそうです。
オランダの郵便局が利用している飛行機は商業用飛行機で、独自の飛行機を有するDHLやUPSとは異なるため、日本に到着する前に別の都市に就航している可能性があります。
彼らの話ではこの調査は３０日程度かかるため、１月２５日に休暇より戻ってから再度連絡するようにとのことでした。
小包がその時点でまだ行方不明である場合は、こちらより返金いたしますが、それまでに見つかりお客様宛てに届くことをもちろん望んでおります。
オランダの郵便局の調査にかかる所要時間に頼る必要があるため、現状お伝えできるのはここまでとなります。
