今後のスケジュールについてですが、現在英語版のソフトウェアを
最新版に改良しています。今週中には完了すると開発部からは
聞いています。合わせてボード（依頼者注:PCのバーツのこと）を送りたいのですが、
どのような手段でおくればよいのか、いいアイデアはありますか？
カルネは必要ならば、その手続きをしなければなりません。

御社で引き取りの手段があるならば、教えてください。

This will be no problem.

Regarding the upcoming schedule, I'm currently reforming the English version of the software to the latest version. It will be done sometime this week according to the development department. In addition to it, I'd like to send a board ( Client note: PC parts ). Is there an idea of how I can send it?
If the carnet is required for it, I need to start the procedure.
