As I tried to explain in my previous email, I need to wait 28 days before Dutch post can do something so today 28 pasted and I just called with Dutch post.
They just send me a form by email which I had to fill out and they will start an investigation now to look where your parcel is.
This can take some time but they always find it, in 12 years time we never lost a parcel.
In case they will not find it or when you receive the parcel, something is wrong with the model like a damage, please do not worry, in that case, you will always get your money back.

オランダ郵便からメールで記入すべきフォームを受け取りました。そして（フォーム提出後）郵便側で貴方の荷物がどこにあるか調査を始めます。
少し時間がかかりますが、オランダ郵便はいつも行方不明荷物を探し出してきます。12年の間荷物が紛失されたことは一度もありません。
万が一紛失となったり、荷物配達時に破損があった場合でも心配しないでください。返金は必ずいたします。
