題記の件、先週木曜日にAによる説明会が行われました。米国のD担当者が添付の依頼書を作成しましたが、未記載および修正が必要な点がありEへ未提出です。依頼書は3枚に分かれています。我々で修正可能な点は修正しました。記載内容（特に大項目2）と見積回答日をご確認頂きたいです。修正箇所があればお知らせ下さい。内容に問題がなければEへ提出します。
またF会議はGさんと日程確認の上設定させて頂きました。

I would like you to confirm the contents listed (the large item 2 especially) and the reply date for the estimate. Please let me know if any modification is required. If everything looks okay, I will submit it to E.
