お客様から連絡がありました。
新しいコードを使用してもアクティベーションはできなかったそうです。
お客様から次のような意見がありました。
新しくいただいたコードはシリアルナンバー045042用のものかと思われます。
USBコネクタをパソコンに接続したときに出てくる画面では043969用のコードが求められているので、043969用のコードが必要なのではないでしょうか。
大変お手数ですが、ご確認をお願いします。
