到着までの期間が説明文に記載しているよりも長い。そして追加で送料を払うことを要求された。その為キャンセルを希望も一切受け入れてもらえない状況。

The delivery term is longer than what explanation letter mentions. Also, I was asked to pay shipping charge additionally.
That is why I could not get acceptance of cancel at all.
