おそらく税関で止められる品目ではないので、問題ないと思いますが。

As I am gong to pay via Western Union, please notify me our account information.
I am going to pay in three or four days after confirming it.

As for arrangement of import, special document other than invoice we usually use is not necessary.
It was the same as the item last time. In case of airline, transportation company in Japan arranges for import required, and tax is collected there.

Would you check transportation company of your company for reference?
As it is not stopped at customs, we probably do not have a problem.
