どうやら、バイヤーのアカウントにdefectを残さずに、caseを閉じるには、私が落札手数料を払うしかなさそうですね。商品代金はもらえないのに、落札手数料を払うのは損した気持ちですが、私が処理を間違ったので仕方ないですね。
ちなみに、バイヤーのアカウントにdefectを残さずに、caseを閉じるには、どのように画面を進めればいいですか？バイヤーにも操作してもらう必要があるのでしたら彼に説明が必要です。宜しくお願いします。

Thank you for answering the questions repeatedly. They are very useful.
I found that I have to pay the fee of winning the bidding to close the case without leaving defect in the account of buyer. I feel that I lost since I have to pay the fee although I cannot receive amount of the item. But I have to do so since I processed it in the wrong way. How can I proceed the screen to close the case without leaving the defect in the account of buyer. If the buyer has to operate it, I have to explain it to him.
