まず配送と連絡が遅れた事は真摯にお詫びします。しかし私は約束通り新しい追跡番号を提供しており、Aの追跡情報からもそれを確認することが出来ます。現在商品は米国税関で止まったままになっています。
通常5日程度で届く筈が滞留しており、輸送業者の責任で対応すべき事案の為現在調査依頼しております。
