まず配送と連絡が遅れた事は真摯にお詫びします。しかし私は約束通り新しい追跡番号を提供しており、Aの追跡情報からもそれを確認することが出来ます。現在商品は米国税関で止まったままになっています。
通常5日程度で届く筈が滞留しており、輸送業者の責任で対応すべき事案の為現在調査依頼しております。
過去の例から推測すると、荷物の所在が分かった場合は配達まで3日程度、破損紛失等問題があった場合はさらに時間を要します。なおBの件は異存ありません。そちらで確認可能な範囲で追跡をお願いします。

I deeply apologize to you that delivery and contacting were behind schedule first.
But I provided a new tracking number as I had promised, and you can confirm it from A's tracking information. The item is stooped at the customs in the States.
It is stopped although it is usually supposed to be delivered in five days. I am asking them to inspect it since it is a problem the delivery company has to work on as their responsibility.
Judging from the example in the past, it takes three days to deliver if they find where the item is, and takes more time if there is a problem such as damage or loss. I do not have any objection about B. Would you track it in the range you can?
