代替えの空のパッケージを送っていただきありがとうございました。
多めに送っていただいたので、次回潰れたパッケージがあったときに使います。
次回の出荷では、プラスチックのパッケージは十分足りてるので、大変お手数ですが、紙のパッケージをいくつかお送りいただけませんでしょうか？
８個ほど、中の紙の部分まで潰れてしまっているのがあり、出荷ができない状態です。

製品は非常に良く売れていますが、本日、お客さんから「アマゾンの写真と色が違う」とクレームがありました。

Thanks for sending alternative empty package.
Because you send me more than expected, I can use them when something will be broken.
Could you please send me a few paper packages next shipment while I already have plastic packages enough. Around 8 of them have been broken up to the paper part inside and I cannot delivery now.

Although the goods have been sold very well but I got the claim from customer that the goods' color are different from the image in Amazon today.
