送られてきたレッスン予約確認メールの送信元アドレス宛に、参加場所の変更のお願いについて水曜日にメッセージしました。
お返事をまだ頂いていないので、昨日〇〇の受付に確認しに行ったのですが、私の予約はシステムにまだ反映されていない、故に変更の手続きが出来ないと言われました。その際このメールアドレスに照会するようにとの事でしたので、ご連絡しています。
水曜日に予約とペイパルにて支払いは済ませていますので確認して下さい。参加場所を〇〇から〇〇へ変更して下さい。宜しくお願いします。

I messaged to the email address of the email that I received for the lesson reservation confirmation to ask if I could change the venue this Wednesday.
Since I haven’t got their reply I went to the reception of •• yesterday to check everything out but they said my booking hasn’t been reflected to the booking system that I am still not able to go for the changing process. I am messaging you as I was told to ask to this email address then.
Kindly check on the reservation and the payment on PayPal which I made this Wednesday. Please change the venue from •• to ••. Thank you.
