店舗オーナーのBです。配送遅延に続き誤った品の配送と、2度もご迷惑をおかけし不快にさせてしまったこと深くお詫びします。スタッフのミスであり厳重注意します。返品送料はもちろん当方負担します。日本からはAの仕組上ラベル発行が出来ないため、送料を教えて頂ければこちらからすぐ送金します。通常50$程度と考えています。なお追跡可能な発送手段で送付をお願いします。全額返金または正しい商品の再発送どちらを希望されるかお知らせ下さい。返金を希望される場合は商品の無事到着確認次第即返金します。
