担当者が変わると対応が変わる事もあると思います。
過去の事例ですが、ヨーロッパに送った商品が６か月以上かかって返送された事もあります。

日本からはブラジルの担当者に連絡する事は不可能ですので、お客様の方で連絡して頂くようお願い致します。
