Global project and performance manegement system development project for a major chemical materials menufacturer

Participated in the development and testing of performance management system that aims to improve the accuracy of budgeting and planning and realize the more pinpointed project and performance mangement.

I have participated in the project that was already 4 monthes behind the schedule. I was able to finish the development step well ahead of the schedule by inventing versatile tools that can do very efficiently various tests needed. I have contributed much to make the project catch up on time and realization of the system inception on the original schedule.
