Major chemical material manufacture/ global business accomplishment management system building project

As a member of the project, I was involved in developing and testing the business accomplishment management system. The system is to improve the accuracy of budgeting and planning and to thoroughly manage the business operation and business accomplishments.
When I joined the project team, the project was behind the schedule by four months.
However, I finished developing the system ahead of the schedule, and I created a general-purpose tool that enables each test to be efficiently conducted without lowering the quality. I contributed to recovering the project from the expected delay and to completing the project on schedule.

Major chemical manufacture/ a project to create a tool to settle accounts earlier in the fiscal year

I was a leader in a project to create an automatic IR report maker for the purpose of settling accounts earlier in the fiscal year.
As a result of the new tool, it now takes only one business day to make IR reports; it use to take five business days.

- Rescheduled the whole project
- Created the policy for the test
- Created the policy for each management items (task management, progress management, quality management, structure management, vendor man-hour management)
- Managed the costs and progress with EVMS
