ご注文はいただいた商品は8月10日に日本から発送し
8月12日にはアメリカ国内へ到着していましたが、
その後、追跡情報が更新されていませんでしたので、
8月27日に日本の郵便局へ調査請求書を提出しました。
8月30日に追跡情報が更新され、
現在、Processing at delivery Post Office の状態です。
以下より確認可能です。

The item you ordered was shipped on 10 August from Japan
and arrived in the US on 12 August, however, then, as tracking information has not been updated, on 27 August, we submitted investigation application to Japan Post.
On 30 August the tracking information was updated,
at the moment, in a state of Processing at delivery Post Office.
