独占契約書類に下記２点の追記をお願いできますでしょうか。

１．年間2万個の注文を達成した場合は、独占契約は翌1年間も自動延長となる。
→年間2万個の発注は弊社としても多大な営業努力が必要です。条件達成後に契約を解除されたり、最低購入数を引き上げられると大きな損失が出てしまうため追記をお願いいたします。

２．契約期間中はO ring packing等のメンテナンス部品も供給可能として頂くこと。
→こちらは顧客へのアフターサービスを滞りなく提供するために必要です。

2. We ask that we can provide the parts for maintenance such as O ring packing during the contract period.
