1. If one party achieve to receive the order of 20,000 unit annually, the monopoly contract updates automatically next 1 year.
Our company should make a big effort for achieving it. If another party release the contract after achieving or decrease the minimum purchasing number, one party gets a big loss. That is why we request this sentence.

2. One party agrees to serve the maintenance parts such is O ring packing during the contract.
We need this sentence because they serve the after service well to the customers.
