Kryptonite KryptoLokについて違うアイテムが届いた。添付画像の1,2枚目が実際届いたアイテムの写真で、3,4枚目は私達が注文したアイテムの写真です。パッケージも違うし、バーコードの数字も違うので、違うアイテムだと分かります。私達は日本の届いたアイテムをドイツに返送したいが、あなたたちはドイツまでの送料を負担することは可能ですか？

I received a different item about Kryptonite KryptoLok. 1st and 2nd ones in attached image are the pictures of the item I received and 3rd and 4th ones are the picture of the item we ordered. As package and bar code number are different, I see that it is a different one. We would like to return the item we received in Japan to Germany. Would you pay shipping charge to return it to Germany?
