Aについてですが、サプライヤーにも確認をしなければならない内容が含まれておりますので、
POの発行予定日について教えていただきたく存じます。
POが無いとサプライヤーへの依頼が出来ないため、ご確認をお願い致します。

上記の通り、夏休み期間を挟んでいるので、8/17回答は難しい状況です。
提出時期については、PO発行予定日を教えていただければ、
工場にAの作成依頼ができるので、追ってご連絡致します。
