薬液の輸出について、メーカーに確認しました。

1.台湾に代理店はあるようです。
2.薬液については、事前の輸出許可が必要です。（化審法）
　現在、許可の申請中とのことです。（申請が通る時期は未定。）
3.台湾の代理店は半年に1回のペースで日本からコンテナで輸入しています。
　次の輸入が半年後のようなので、2の輸出許可の時期にもよりますが、
　少なくとも購入できるようになるまで半年掛かります。
4.荷姿は100Kgドラムです。

上記でも宜しければ、台湾の代理店を紹介するとのことです。

I have confirmed with the manufacturer on the export of medicinal liquids.

1. There seems to be a distributor in Taiwan.
2. There is a need to get prior export approval for medicinal liquids. (Chemical Substances; Law Concerning the Examination and Regulation of Manufacture)
At the moment, the application is in progress. (Approval date not confirmed yet)
3. The distributor in Taiwan brings in a container from Japan once every six months.
The next import seems to be 6 months later. Depending on when we can get the export permit, it will take another 6 months before you can purchase it.
4. The packing style is in 100kg drums.

If the above is fine with you, I will introduce you to the distributor in Taiwan.
