届いた商品２つに不具合がありました。
１つは壊れていて使えず、もう1つは中身が偽物でした。
修理と本物に載せ替える費用を相手の販売者が負担してくれることになっているのですが、約束の期日までに入金されません。そこでPaypalにクレームを入れようかと思います。

ですが、いつまでたっても返金されないことを受け、譲歩と値引きを撤回致します。
そして私は以前Pypalで支払った、$4,000を返金申請しようと思っています。

すなわち、$4,000を返金申請し、値引きする前の返金額を$4,000から差し引いて、新たに差し引いいた残りをPAYPALでParkerに支払いたいと思います。

Since he told me to repay on Saturday of due date, I made a big concession and a price cut.
However, I withdraw the concession and the price cut because I don't be refunded no matter how long I waited.
And I am planning to apply for the refund of $4,000 that I had payed by Peypal before.

In a word, I'd like to apply for the refund of $4,000 and to deduct the refund amount before discounting form $4,000 and to pay to Parker the newly deducted remainder by Paypal.
