基本的には良く訳せていると思います。内容からするとどちらとも取れるのですが、whoの修飾先はofficers, directors and employeesすべてではないかと思います。そう解釈して添削しました。それに、最後に出てくるhisは、恐らくthisの脱字でしょうね。通常、このような文章で男性限定となるような表現はしないものなので。
