The products you ordered have been shipped in two boxes of kotatsu table(a heater included) and the futon bed sets separately.
We uploaded the both tracking numbers on eBay but sorry that it’s a bit messed up.
We looked over with the tracking numbers on the website and found that "#a" has been already delivered and "#b" is shown up as it is currently being through Custom Clearance in your country.
Could you please wait some more time? We are sorry that we have kept you worried.
Or, the parcel might move faster if you could ask the post office in Germany as well.
