購入した製品のバッテリーの調子が悪いです。
バッテリーがいくら充電しても満充電になりません。
最大で75％迄しか充電できません。
また、ライトの点灯時間が非常に短いです。
Loモードで本来は11時間点灯する筈なのですが50分しか点灯しません。
返品か交換出来ませんでしょうか。
ご対応の程、宜しくお願い致します。

The battery of the item I purchase is not working well.
No matter how many times I charge the battery, it is not charged by 100 percent.
I can charge it at 75 percent at maximum.
In addition, lighting time of the light is very short.
It should be lit for 11 hours by Lo mode, but it is lit only 50 minutes.
May I return or exchange it?
