中国の配達事情もよくyoutubeで見ますが、
Outer cartonの角が凹んで、中のパッケージが潰れてしまうので、outer cartonを大きくして、
中に緩衝材をつめれば、大丈夫そうなのですが。とりあえず、こちらで潰れたパッケージを交換するようにします
日本以外の国のお客さんからはクレームはないのでしょうか？
現在、実店舗にどんどん営業をかけています。3ヶ月以内に少し良いニュースをお伝えできるかもしれません

I paid yesterday and today in two separate transactions under my name. Please confirm.
I often see Chinese delivery videos on youtube. I think the corners of outer cartons tend to be crushed and inside packaging get damaged, outer carton should be bigger so some stuffing should be put inside to protect the item. Anyway we will replace the broken packages when they arrive. You don't receive complaints from other countries other than Japan?
At the moment, we are doing a lot of promotion in the store. I maybe able to give you a little better news within three months.
