容器の経が14 inch以上になると、standard capが市場にあまりありなく、入手性が悪いです。
ですので、14 inch以上はASMEベースで設計をさせていただきたいのですが、可能でしょうか？

または、容器はhead formingで、外径をstandard pipe sizeに合わせる方法はいかがでしょうか？

If the diameter of a container is more than 14 inches long, standard caps like that are not on the market, so it is hard to acquire them.
Therefore, we would like to plan the container which diameter is more than 14 inches long, on the basis of ASME. Is it possible?

Or, how about producing the container by head forming and making the outside diameter the same as standard pipe size?
