ProcedureやIOM等、A、B共通になるDocumentが多数あるので、VDIを分けると承認作業でお互い手間が掛かりますし、
ミスに繋がる可能性があるので、先日提出したA、B統一のVDIで進めさせて下さい。


VDIを分けるのは承知しましたが、共通になる Document については、
双方のVDIにCOMMON DOCUMENT として記載します。

POにしたサインはオフィシャルなサインではないのですが、こちらに合わせてよいのでしょうか？

As there is a document common to A and B such as procedure and IOM, we need much work and time in authorizing if we divide VDI each other and it might lead to making a mistake. For this reason, please let me proceed by the VDI where A and B are combined I submitted a few days ago.

I understand that the VDI is divided. But as for the common document, I will list "common document" at both VDI.
As signature I put at PO is not an official one, may I use it?
