日本での貴社製品の販売価格が下がってしまっていて、販売が難しい状況です。
日本で価格調整をしてみてはどうでしょうか。
独占販売契約ができれば、弊社で調整を行い、さらに販路を広げることも可能です。

各製品のSDSもしくはMDSDを提供していただくことは可能でしょうか？

すべての製品は充電だけでなく、同期もできるという認識で合っていますか？

商品は早めに送ってもらえると助かります。

出荷日について新しい情報があれば教えてください。

I would like to first apologize for not getting in touch with you for a long time.

It is currently not easy to sell your products here since selling prices of your goods have fallen down in Japan.
May I suggest to make price adjustment here in Japan?
If we were to exclusively make distribution agreement with you, we would be able to make price adjustment and thus increase amount of sales.

Would you be willing to offer either SDS or MDSD of each products?
Also, is it correct that all the products can be not only charged but synchronized as well?

I would appreciated it very much if you could ship the products as soon as possible.
Please let me know if there is any news on date of shipping.
