１、送料は無料になりますか？何€以上は無料など規定がありますか？
２、500€以上が10%オフというのは、1回の注文・発送で500€以上であれば、10％オフという認識で間違いないでしょうか？また500€というのは、日本向けのVATが引かれた後の価格でしょうか？

1. Is shipping charge free? Do you have a regulation that it is free at higher that xx €?
2. 10 percent discount is giveｎ for more than 500 €. Does it mean that if I order and send by 500 € at one order, it 10 percent discount is given? Does 500 € mean the price after deducting VAT for Japan?
