ご連絡有難う御座います。
1ヶ月程前にラスベガス店の店員のAmberから同様の連絡がe-mailでありました。

現在パスポートの写真・クレジットカードの写真・credit card authorization formを
e-mailに添付してお送りする直前の段階まで進んでおります。

このままラスベガス店からspecial orderで注文を進めても大丈夫でしょうか？
もしくはSashaがいる本店のニューヨーク店から注文するほうが宜しいでしょうか。

Currently I am about to send a picture of my passport, a picture of the credit card and the credit card authorization form to you.

Would it be OK for me to go through the special order from the Las Vegas shop as it is?
Or, should I place an order on the New York main shop where Sasha is working?
